I’ve attached the lab results and report summary from PEG Environmental. Results of the air samples and tape lifts indicate a higher level of mold spores in the basement. More specifically, the air sample taken next to the couch had 6.24 times more spores than the one taken from the back left of the basement. A tape lift taken from the framing on the bottom of the couch confirmed the presence of surface mold. Main and upper floor air samples indicate very little signs of mold spores. Therefore, test results indicate the focus should be on the basement.

Our recommendations for you at this time are:
1. A thorough cleaning of the basement
2. Remove or clean the couch
3. Remove the inflatable outdoor bounce
